Why we exist

Marbella is widely written about in two registers — luxury catalogue and tabloid celebrity — and we found neither to be the Marbella we know. The owners and long-residents of Nueva Andalucía hold a quieter, more durable Marbella in mind: the bells of San Pedro, the polo at Atalaya, the dust of August giving way to the orange blossom of February. The Aloha Journal is for that Marbella.
